Being one of my first big solo projects, 12 ANGRY JURORS was a labor of love. My pride in joy in this show was 3 movers hung directly above the table, acting as a consistent, dramatic backlight for the juror table. It made it a continuous highlight; an always nodded to piece of the stage. Cues in this show were almost entirely based upon location of the actors; subtly highlighting areas of the jury room in which the jurors were speaking. The only exceptions to this cueing rule was preshow, and the end of Act 2; where the stage restored slowly to the preshow look.
